We believe that monitoring and evaluation frameworks should be useful and relevant to organisations, the people they work with, and the people who fund them. This often involves working with diverse groups of people with different needs and professional backgrounds, in order to make sure the frameworks are usable and make sense. Our monitoring and evaluation services include initial advice around monitoring and evaluation plans, co-creation of frameworks, ongoing support with implementation of frameworks, formative evaluations, and end of program evaluations.

Research, evidence - gathering, and analysis underpin our work. Whether an organisation is undertaking a new initiative, or evaluating an existing program, research provides the context, evidence-gathering shapes the program, and analysis ensure relevance. Our research and analysis services are based on our teams' research strengths in a variety of sectors including social services, international development, health, humanitarian leadership, and conflict mitigation. We can undertake discrete pieces of research, and/or include research as part of a larger program design or monitoring framework.

Program design is an iterative process that encompasses many steps. At its core it needs to meet the needs of the community it serves. For this reason, our program design services emphasise
consultation with stakeholders. We strive to co-design programs that are adaptive to their implementation environment, and targeted to the program objectives. Our services include advice around the process of program design, with particular expertise in cross cultural program design. We are able to co-create designs and assist with aspects of implementation, such as consultations and feedback.
